Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • cinnamon, cinnamon, cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour about 1/3 cup batter into a heated waffle maker. Heat until not more steam rises from the waffle maker.
